Total trolling. If BoC was playing,in any capacity, it would have leaked by now. No way in hell can anyone keep that under wraps. <adding his beating stick to his Moog packing list> If BoC is in fact there I can almost retire from concert going come November.

I was not familiar with Guillermo Scott Herren until today. I really like what I've read and heard so far. Nice.

I think this should be the official motto of infomoog.

Please tell me this Deff Janiels guy is not going to be at Moogfest. Please tell me this is a troll alert. Perhaps he should change his name to Tone Deff Janiels? ;-)

Looking over who they've announced so far and the past lineups, I just realized that Moogfest LOVES the Windish Agency. www.windishagency.com/Looking over the artists they represent, they have a lock on the majority of the good current electronic acts. Moogfest 2011 was 35% (25 out of 71) Windish artists. If you want to speculate on a line-up, their site is a good place to look.

^^^thanks for that.
I think we need A Place To Bury Strangers. They claim to be "the loudest band in New York". I've heard the loudest band in the world, so this is a step down, but I like their sound.

Devo put their Australia tour dates up, doesn't start until Nov 30th. Moogfest dates are still wide open, nothing scheduled for a month on either side.

Crap, A Place to Bury Strangers is in town tonight. I wish I woulda known earlier. The place they're playing, Tremont Music Hall, is a total dive but one of my favorite places in town to take in a show.

Well, lookie there! There are some really interesting names on that list that haven't (yet) been to Moog. I'd like to think that ACE would get a headliner or two off that list.

Last year this festival gave us Moby and M83. This year Modeselektor & Shadow, PLZ. (an argument could be made for Basement Jaxx as well)

Haters be damned, but I also see Die Antword on there. Just makes me wonder with the previous post in here.
Also, Basement Jaxx would be awesome.

Bad news: Beach House is going to be in Europe Moogfest weekend.
Good news: Moogfest responded back to someone's comment on facebook an hour ago saying they are "almost done" with the line up.
Indifferent news that I want to be good news: They also responded to someone's request for Chemical Brothers/Underworld/Orbital with "Stay tuned."
