Saw him in Atlanta at the Echo Lounge in 2004, his last major US tour. It was literally mind-blowing. I barely moved the whole time, just complete sensory overload. And, as a bass player who has see Wooten probably 10 times, it was the greatest live bass performance I've ever witnessed.
Based on the vids, I expect all these aspects to be amped up by a factor of 8.

laggy saw him live at HARD LA a few weeks ago and said he did a long bass jam at the end of his set that was amazing

Yeah, I'm a bassist, too, and I'm far too excited to see him play. Definitely one of my favorites, ever. Not just his playing, but how he can incorporate it into this unique brand of idm that he does.
