Please keep in mind that language filters/censored words often play a role in whether or not a workplace blocks a given site. Suggestions for word replacements in the event of a language filter also appreciated.

I think instead of replacing the words with nonsensical things, we should just put an asterisk in there. F*ck, Sh*t, B*tch, etc.

I think having a filter pushes people to use other words rather an curse words, if they REALLY want to get around the filter then they can find a way.

I don't mind either way. Nothing is blocked at work. I don't swear so it doesn't affect my posts. I'd rather have asterisks than replacement words as Zapp suggested.

One thing I just thought up of: if you're so worried about being able to surf this site while at work... don't you think you should be working instead?
At my job, they don't allow cell phones on the floor (only in the break rooms, on break times) and there aren't personal computers.
