FYI: for all interested....about three weeks prior to the fest, i'm going to compile a list of last names of people staying at DT inn. i'm going to call and see if i can do anything to at least get some (if not most) of the rooms clumped together.

Good call, EAP! The most important thing for me is that our room is mountain view (currently, it is requested), but clustered together would be a huuuuuuuge plus! If it can only be one or the other, I'd choose mountain view over the cluster. The pre-party staring at the mountains everyday was HEAVENLYYY! I'll be rooming with you either way, so I'll be happy.  |

yeah if you have some sort of special request on your reservation, let me know when you send me your last name. i like making lists, so it won't be a problem putting all that shit on it.

Oh, that's the DT inn. I stayed there, wow coming up on 20 years ago when it was I think a Days Inn. It was a major POS then. Can't imagine what it is like now. |

I believe im in a room at the DTI with Airline and CPK. He was working out getting a room from KM.
At a minimum, I'll be at the DTI on one of you lovely people's floor. I will pay you in USD and maybe a flash of some upper thigh post-shower. I owe Dave a "10"... it'll happen.

Just picked up my ticket (I broke down and went VIP... even if I don't sit in the reserved seats, I like the idea of bypassing lines... and this may very well be the only Moogfest I ever attend, so...)
I'll be at the Downtown Inn too. Are there any concerns that the hotel may be worried about all of us wanting to get our rooms near each other? I mean, allegedly this is the hotel that won't let Asheville residents even VISIT because they worry about parties, etc.

If there is a problem with us getting near each other, I don't think that will affect us much. And it's true that they don't let locals stay there. I saw someone arrive and get turned away last year. |
